Presto Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 After recently downloading and installing the two Gabrielle clothing mods (Boutique and Emporium), I now have a constant pounding sound that follows me wherever I go. I went and deleted/turned off both mods and the sound still persists. Its mind numbing and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Can't play the game anymore with this issue...
galgat Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 That would be a hard one to figure, have you hit the tile key, to see if anything it coming up i the console.. telling you something is wrong.? I have had this or something simular from animations that did not clear right, as in LoverJoburg where much activity is sometimes happening all around you, but this goes away soon as they finish there dirty deed.
Presto Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 Apparently it has something to do with a script running in the background that is constantly engaging and the sound keeps playing. The only problem is that I looked and didn't see any new or odd scripts running in the background that would do it. Here is a link that apparently fixes the problem but I tried and it didn't... http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=5608
