High heeled shoes - HELP

I'm making a custom armor for a follower and it has high heeled boots, but they are digging into the ground.

 

I know there are tools like 'HDT High Heels' that can fix this issue but is a bit tiring having to equip my character with the boots to attach the HDT High Heels spell to them and then giving it back to my follower.

 

I want to know if there are other ways around this when it comes to followers?

Look for guides about NiOverride heels, 'HDT High Heels' hasn't been used for years. If you installed RaceMenu then you also have NiOverride plugin, and everyone has it nowadays because it is required for so many other mods. It makes all sorts of body morphing possible.
