How to start animation simultaneously with several partners?

I put a spell on one and starts animation with one. How to start with two or three partners?

Put spell on all the partners you want in the animation. 

 

You may need SexLab Mass Matchmaker if you want to play animations more than total 3 actors.

The... common way in terms of usage would be to get a mod that can trigger them. Technically Matchmaker counts as such as well but there are way more immersive ones that do it as well, be it via dialogue, beaten in combat or so.
