Hello, I was wondering how to download more body parts for TS4 like larger or smaller penis or boobs size

Depends if you have Wicked Whims installed or not.

Many require you to use Wicked Body Selector in game on the sims to pick which one to use.

 

Adjusting Boob size is easily done in CAS by clicking on the body parts and pulling them around to adjust them.

Game already has some built in body sliders included.

 

Wild Guy's Female Body Details has extra bits for females to add like pubic hair, nipple sizes, tan lines, and nipple blush.

Make sure to install it using the FBD folder so it loads before Wicked Whims.
