Strip Club: Playable Sim Always Trying to Bartend

Hi All,

 

I noticed my main sim that I play is always trying to bartend in their strip club, and I noticed when hovering over them that their assigned task is "bartending" but there is no option to change the assigned task on a sim that's being played, so what are my options to stop him from trying to go over to the bar every 10 second?

Do they have the mixology skill? could be why....and have you set any of your staff as bartenders or bartender?
