Why does one of my active sims run around polishing and light cleaning everything in the house after game update?[Solved]

Like the Title says... just updated my game and one of my active sims became a clean freak.

Only related trait she has is Neat and none of the objects are actually dirty. 

She has become obsessed and won't do anything but clean.

Also had an error related to NPC service sims after she cleaned 3 items on home lot.

It's a change to the Neat trait following the Trait Overhaul part of the new update. It makes Sims with the Neat trait become obsessed with cleaning. Trouble is, the Sims team didn't document what the changes actually did in the patch notes.
