I'm rly bad at building Exteriors ENB... i pref Interiors ENB but...

1. Open Your ENB and change:

 - Enviroment

  > Direclight Intensivity at Night: ( just lower it )

  > Ambient Intensivity at Night

( Remove color filter from them if u have any )

 - SkyLightning

  > At Night set to 0

2. Open Your Shaders ( again ENB )

and enable KInematic Darkness... set it to any value... but high value :D

3. You may want to download or edit weathers...

i don't know any good weather mod for Skyrim...

i'm using my own weathers... so either u make ur own Weathers too or just try to download any...

You might also have some fun with Mist ( most bottom tab in ENBSeries )

and Volumetric Rays... it might be also usefull if u change ur Sky settings :x...

if You change them all You will have effect as on my SS above...

however i'm also using my own weathers ( but i just have little edited ambient and direct lightning nothing big )

I think that is exactly what i want,  it really close to Expected setting pic i post above. Exterior is dark, so u will hard to see where the monsters, assasins, enemies,.v... would come from which direction.  but the torch light is bright. I'm using Wearable Lantern mod

It is included in the Aurelia download.  Install it manually or use the Fomod configuration. Thats easy cause it is only esp and BSA.  In the main folder You find the BSA and in the 03 Darker Dungeons Darker nights folder you find the esp to use.

Find ComplexFireLights in Your ENB Series and enable "Big Range"

and also u change some options to make it little higher

You can also find Enviroment and PointLight inside

lower PointLight Curve and inscrease Intensivity

//Edit:

You should also find some Waterfalls around Whiterun and see if they are not too bright...

If They are too bright find: "Particle" in ENB Series

Lower Intensivity and increase Light Influence

Did you remove the darker nights and the other stuff you added before? You shouldn't need those with Touchlight.

Yes. I just remembered CoT have dark night choice, so i removed CoT
