Well, the dress is the Hentai Luna Dress: http://www.mediafire.com/?y2ze7ds3o24vt3s.

The ears look similar to the ones from numenume elf ear.

As for the hair, it looks similar to the ones from Hair packs of TES IV Oblivion for Female Only, but it might not be from that pack.

I am not sure of the exact way the face was created. It could have been done with envision Face.

can you post that photo / pic like attach or link the web page? because i cant seen that pic its just show a blank square with numbers and letters inside, so i dnt have idea what you wanna, if i cant seen.

yea i can see now the first 2 pics, last one still no idea, but lets start so:

2- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20156 veins texture (because i saw vein first pic at breast)

3- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10168 apachii hair (later on try another types)

4- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27783 eyeslash (later on go at search and choose eyes for new types)

5- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12951 ECE, its a must (for breast, ass,face,and that elf ears)

6- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7887 its complete very well with ece

7- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33117 Realistic Teeth

8- http://www.loverslab.com/topic/9289-rel-new-updates-nov-28th-tender-bbp-a-new-bbp-simulation/ for animation of breasts 

9- http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33268 far off enb, its let your char alot cutie also, try others enb also.

Dont forget follow what each mod say to do, just pay attencion on that.

10- use bodyslide and choose cbbe tbbp and move the slides till you find its goes cool with desired body and choose aplly, and its done.

Just Remember, Follow what each Mod of that list ask to do and do.

If you do what the mods ask for its will be fine, about the save i dnt havent that char, but belive just the save its useless, because if you dnt havent the right meshes and texture will be like that:
