[SEARCH/REQUEST] Better frozen skin

Hi!

 

I don't know if the frozen skin is at texture or something else, but is there anyone that know of a better one than I got? Or where I can find it so I can stop it from showing.

Pretty sure there's a Frozen skin texture mod on LL but I can't recall the URL for it.

Umm ok. It's an image on my flickr account that's public, so weird you can't see it. Here's an image:

I am a bit confused now by what you said. Is this effect being applied by a Mod (Like R.A.S.S.) and you don't know what mod is applying it or have you applied it yourself and are looking for something better?

Well, I think I've figured it out. I'm 99 % sure it's a shader effect named GradFrostIceForm.DDS that's controlled by GetSnowy.esp.

 

It's still pretty bad. I like the idea, but I'd like a better shader skin.

Looking at the mod it doesn't come with any textures of it's own so it appears to be pulling them from the vanila game, wouldn't suggest deleting or replacing that texture.

Could try the mod I linked but the rain effect has a droplet effect that look likes you have thousands of marbles falling from your body and, currently, you can't turn that effect off without turning off the wet effect completely.

 

I expect there are other, newer mods that do this better than Get Snowy.

It is flagged as an adult image so requires a login to access it.

Oh sorry! I missed the link. I've Wet and Cold so I'll try out an alternate texture for that mod  first. If it doesn't work or is as bad, then I'll try out R.A.S.S. Thanks!
