strip club issues

Few regarding strip clubs.

I have the latest patreon version  of ww.

1. Employees do not change into set uniforms

2. Selling the club,  bulldoze the lot,  cant change type ( yes, tried the WW fix file)

3. It only being open if I'm in there is a pain,  BUT I simply got a house member to buy it and keep them there.

Sell it. Select buy venue: 'Shop', select it, buy it and it should be fixed.
