The file say it was created "2020-03-28" (nearly a month ago) - is this the right one or did you accidentally upload some older LE (I sometimes mix them up, too)?

 

Anyway, looking at this LE my advice is simple: Update the game, WickedWhims and all other mods you have to their most recent version. For the game, the current version number is 1.62.something, for WW it's v153b.
