But they cannot get married until i "dismiss" her and she isnt my doll anymore. I cannot figure out how to do that. Please help. Thank you!

IIRC regaining her free will and realising what happened will hurt her relationship with her previous owner. As far as I know, there's no "dismiss" interaction - might have been added in a recent update though, haven't checked what's new yet.
