What ENB effect is this?

Whenever I zoom in and out of first person, a strange mist appears and disappears and it's very distracting and hard to play with. It disappears when I disable my ENB. Some ENBs have it and others do not. For example, I am using NLA in these images, but when I tried the Grim and Somber ENB it was not present in one of their presets. I want to know what effect it is and how I can disable or tweak it. I am using the Immersive First Person View mod which does contribute to other visual bugs when switching between perspectives.

Bloom and Fog settings affect ambient haze.

 

NLA also doesn't have that so pretty sure you've either installed incorrect weathers or you're using worldspace altering mods NLA doesn't account for.
