Last Exception and Faceless Sims

A little after I purchased the University expansion pack I noticed random sims appearing without faces. I can fix it by going into CAS and selecting a face for each outfit(including career outfit) but it is affecting every new random sim. I also get a Last Exception that I cannot understand as soon as the game finishes loading up for me to play in any household. Any help would be great.

 

I just noticed that I do not get the last exception when playing another saved game in a different world with all the same CC enabled

Ok....missing faces is usually the no ea eyelashes mod or some other broken face cc.....the l/e mentions wicked perversions...is it the latest version?
