Sexout is more female PC oriented. There are no male human/female creature animations. At least, that I know of.

Actually that wouldn't work at all, you'd have to swap the creature for each stage, then there's the problem of them sharing references, hmm yep Pregnant Creatures is pretty near an impossibility and thankfully not been requested

The transformation from idea to mod for any game is usually the game itself (what can be done withing the constraints of the game engine).

 

Until Bethesda can design an engine that allows for more flexibility and easier modding... modders are going to run into programming brick walls...

 

Given that Bethesda probably didn't anticipate polygamy, orgies, gangrape, bestiality, impregnation, etc. making an appearance in their game, I'm surprised the modding community has gotten as far as it has... lol

 

What game developers needs to realize is that not all of us want flashier graphics... we want a game with the physics of HL2 that's as easy to mod as Tribes.
