may i get help please?

A while a go i ask for help with .HKX files and that was resolved ( THANKS A LOT Tweens ?), but now i got another probulme, once i had "SexLabFramework SE_v163_BETA7" working i spent a few hours looking for mods, downloaded abunch that i thought were nifty. but when i started to play through the game with them i ran into some problums; 
animations where a little wanky and sometimes when trying to enter "winhelm" or the "banner mare" the game crashes.  i know mods can brake the game sometimes but i think its USER falut this time not the mods. so if i may inquire anyone help or suggestions on how to solve the animations and primarily the crashing that will be amazing and i'll be vary thankful.

i'll leave a list of all mods i have currently installed, then their load order after. *note the one that are disable dont show in the load order. un-usefull point i use NMM for my mods*

You may want to run LOOT on that load order as well.

i dont have "SSE Engine Fixes (skse64 plugin)" should i download it and try it? 
and i'll do the LOOT on the load order, not sure what it dose so i asuming it puts thing in their respected order.

Yes, get the Engine Fix and use it. It increases the game's stability and makes CTD less likely.

 

LOOT (Load Order Optimisation Tool) can be found here: https://loot.github.io/ Download it and run it - it's pretty intuitive, I don't think you'll have any issues with it. Read all warnings and correct all errors that it finds.

 

Every time that you change your load order by adding or deleting mods, make a habit of running FNIS and LOOT before starting a new game.

i finished downloading the Engine Fix mod and instaled it corectly, and got the LOOT errors and load order fixed, but my game is still CTD. do you have anyother sugestions on what i could do to fix it, it only CTD when entering the bannerd mare

Would you be so kind as to post your new load order from LOOT. Go back and open LOOT (you don't need to run it again). In the upper right hand corner on the blue bar is an icon that looks like three vertical dots or buttons. Click on that to copy your load order to your clipboard. Then came back here and paste it in a spoiler. (Props for using spoilers by the way).

 

The most common cause of CTD in the same location is a bad mesh from a mod. So, if it occurs to you that you have a mod that changes the Bannered Mare or it's residents, that might be the best place to start.

 though, i should say, after my last post i decided to go one by one to see what mod was cuasing the errors, just in case it was a mod, and i did find out that it was a mod that was casing CTD it was the; Deviously Cursed Loot. i went to the Deviously Cursed Loot SE Beat2 Mod page and bought up the finding, THOUGH i still think its my falt for it not working right and wanna try to fix it if i can.

thanks for the luck im going to need it, and just going off of what you siad Psalam, if its just a bad mesh, then all i have to do is fix said mesh and things would work? if i put that simply, and if thats true then what should be my first step in fixing it?

YOU don't fix the mesh. You find the mod that has and remove it from your load order. If you feel generously disposed to the mod you then delete and redownload it in the hope that it was corrupted "in transmission." It's possible but not likely. If the mod still gives you CTD and you really want to use it, you go to the mod's Support Thread and notify the author of the problem that you're having. They may already know and have a fix.

not to sound like a total noob at positing topics or such but, is the "mod's Support Thread" an indivisual subject or is it the coments on the mod page it self? sorry if that seems like a total stupid question.
