some questions about npc

hello people, so i want to try something in the game but i need to know some things so here´s my questions:

 

1) How can i force a npc to use a pose like make a farmer aim with the weapon? (having the ai disabled)

2) How can i move a npc to a specific location? (like how you move a book from you desk to your bed)

3) How can i edit a npc with the cbbe in game? i guess i can do it with looksmenu but idk how.

4) Is there a way to pause time? like im making my character do something, then i pause time to take a pic

thanks, about the question 2 i mean hmm lets explain it with an example: i spawn a raider and i want it near a door, but it spawns far away, what i need in this case is a way to move him to the door
