More "interactive" sex scenes in AAF

I've used AAF and all of the different animation packs as well as SEU etc... in past play throughs of FO4.  What I'm wondering is if someone has come up with or thought about making a mod that is more "interactive."  Instead of animations taking over and having a show, you are more involved in the process.  Like a pleasure status bar for the character and one for who they are interacting with.  Then, actions or easier to access changes in position that would affect said bars.  I am no modder so I don't have any clue on how that could be done.  Thus the question here.  I figure I'd put my idea out there and see what the talented people here thought.

That is actually being worked on, it's what the Stats stuff in AAF Themes and Halstrom's Stats mod will eventually lead to.
