Tried to launch game with Steam closed. It screwed up my game.

So I run NV though the FOMM launcher provided by loverslab. I tried to launch NV having forgotten that steam was completely shut down.

Instead of launching the game, it started steam back up and brought up the vanilla game launcher up.

I closed the vanilla game launcher and again launched the game with FOMM. Game fires up fine. Load my last save.

Missing textures EVERYWHERE. Building and structures are totally gone.

What the fuck did I just do to my game and how can I fix it? (Please tell me I don't have to do a clean reinstall and re-mod my game.)

Typically what you did wipes the game's list of installed mods.  You should be able to just toggle them back on with FOMM.

Everything is still toggled as it should be in FOMM. I ran through all my ini edits and such and put them back to how they should be. Mass missing textures still persist.

The really odd thing about it is that it seems like it's primarily vanilla assets that are presenting the texture errors. Vanilla buildings, as stated, but also things like counters, chairs, signs and such that I don't believe I've modded any. The statue at the Mojave Outpost is gone for crying out loud.
