Devious Devices animation bug

After installing Devious Devices and doing all the steps mentioned in the post, my character uses idle and running pose with hands tied behind back. Also when i move sideways i use another weird animation. Ran FNIS a few times and problem still persists.

Do you have FNIS Sexy Move installed? I heard that that can cause issues.

Are you using MO, vortex or NMM? If you're using MO you have to install FNIS through it and properly configure it to MO.

I don't have Sexy Move installed. And FNIS was working well until i tried installing this mod, i have it properly set up in MO. When i uninstall these 3 core files everything goes back to normal. This is my load order:

seems like the mod is broken i have the same problem(player idle is hand behind back and followers running and walking animation is the mod bound animation although they arent bound)

I can report the same issue is happening for me too, and has for nearly a year. Hopefully the mod authors will be able to fix it later versions.

One thing I do which might help Is when removing a DD item, especially ones with a animation, once it is removed, close the inventory window and get back into game so the animation can change back, then go back into inventory to put other things on.

I am also having this bug, but DD is a preq for other mods so.... not sure what to do.

+1 Surprised I'm pulling a necro of this thread. Also surprised a solution hasn't been found. It may be due to DD being incompatible with Idle animation mods, unfortunately.

2022 and still having this bug, there is no fix to this unless deleting Devious Devices ? really annoying
