Borderlands - The Pre Sequal Nude Mods?

Updates on the PC, yes. I have a new PC, and I finally fixed said new PC.

 

On mods, also yes. I haven't revisited the Borderlands series, not since I got caught up in Skyrim modding. I have a few Skyrim mods I'd like to wrap up before moving onto other games, but there's a few other things on my mind in regards to Borderlands.

 

There was a recent texture update, and it'll require me to start fresh to make mods to accommodate them. I'm thinking about paying artists to help me mod Borderlands, but I haven't found the right people yet, and I'm not set on the Borderlands series at the moment.

 

I want to run through Pornolands: The Presequel and make sure the file I uploaded doesn't have any errors. I uploaded the file after my PC broke. Then, I want to look into hiring artists to work on texture "assets" for use in Borderlands texture mods.

 

To be honest, I'm not looking forward to remaking mods for the new texture DLCs, but someone's gotta do it. And I sure do like Borderlands.

Since you've brought up my Borderlands mods, I've actually started looking into commissioning art. I have a few contacts who might be interested, but I have a friend who might be just right for the job (and isn't too pricey.)

 

The thing about commissioning art is it's pricey, and even when it's not, after 15+ pieces of art, it gets pricey.

 

I'm trying to get a budget in line for development.

Thank you, it's not often a modder gets recognition for their work. The recent interest in Borderlands has inspired me to get back into the games.

There's nude mods for Borderlands 1 and 2, but none for the Pre Sequel! I'm actually somewhat surprised, considering how we have Texmod hangin' around, which makes extracting and editing textures from the Borderlands series pretty straight forward.

 

I did some finagling with Nisha's texture. At first I went for a shirtless Lawbringer, but for some reason there's a ridge by her belly button that I couldn't seem to remove. I'm guessing that it is part of her model, and thus is something that one would have to work with. I instead opted for a "wet t-shirt" Nisha, although the ridge isn't that noticeable on a nude Nisha.

 

It would obviously take some work, but would anyone be interested in an "Adult" Borderlands (The Pre-Sequal)?

And maybe graffiti 

 

I know there's a BL2 mod that sexualizes alot of BL2's textures. I don't see why obr couldn't do a similar thing with the Pre Sequel. 

 

On another note, has anyone used Texmod while hosting (or joining) a multiplayer game? Who can see your custom textures?

I'm currently putting out requests for artists. Until someone bites, I'm sort in the dark. I can try my hand at texturing, but I need to putting as much time as possible into coding and pixel art, so I'd like to pawn off other art assets on another artist.

Actually I think that's how this mod started. When work on this mod started, there were NO nude mods for Borderlands Pre Sequel, while Borderlands 2 had about 3 worth using.

 

To be honest, I'm not sure what can be added to Borderlands 2 (maybe a translucent top for Maya?) and it's not quite worth re-doing a mod that's been done when there are new mods to make (although that is a personal opinion, and I welcome people to do what they want)

I mean the mod I made this moder is the same as or almost to the nude mods of the borderlands 2 only that for the borderlands 2 it has a few more added things and there are also the nude skink that come with said nude mod of the borderlands 2 and also I think the pre sequel came out after the two so if it would be worth working again since it is more recent and now that is what the arrival of the borderlands 3 adds the game will be booming for fans like me who would be excited to see mods like this for this game delivery

Borderlands 1 is badass, and I'm actually quite surprised there isn't a nude mod for it already. I know there's one for Athena. . . but you can't even play her. Nude mods for BL2 already exist, though in my experience they need to be updated. They seem to give my characters a "tan", though I don't use nude mods for my BL games. I know BL 2 has a handful of mods going for it already, so I really haven't bothered with it for that reason.

You hit the nail on the head. BL-TPS isn't. . . the best entry in the BL series, but it's still a BL game. I like to hop onto Elpis every once and a while and shoot laser guns. But I don't mind seeing a few extra pairs of tits here and there.

 

I hear that the pre-existing nude mod for BL2 hasn't been working properly. The nude mods I've tried (for individual characters) make my characters really tan, so I imagine an update may have messed up the textures. . . or maybe it was always that way? I think they need to be updated, or as you mentioned, some sexualized top would be possible.

Agreed. To my knowledge, this BL-TPS mod is very similar to a preexisting BL-2 mod. Both overhaul a great deal of textures in-game, though mine isn't as "immersive". The art pool for BL-TPS is limited, and I have been having a hard time finding a good artist for the job (more on that later). I wouldn't mind working on TPS again, but I think one thing that stopped me was not having help with character textures. The only way one could make a nude mod for BL-TPS would be with help from another player, as to extract every needed texture. I will admit that I find it a little harder to stay motivated with BL-TPS, simply because almost none of my friends play it. I like it, I dunno why they don't. But it does make it a little harder to mod for sure.

 

Now uh, the topic about art. I've actually been keeping Borderlands mods at the back of my head for sometime. I've been looking out for one or more artists to draw assets for me to use, as part of a series of commissions. I've gotten a good handful of bites, but only a few up to my standards. I'm being very particular, as I want a style similar to BL's. Once I do get an artist on payroll, I'll absolutely get back to modding BL, but uh, hmm. . . I'm working on it.

Convenido. Que yo sepa, este mod BL-TPS es muy similar a un mod BL-2 preexistente. Ambos revisan una gran cantidad de texturas en el juego, aunque la mía no es tan "inmersiva". El grupo de arte para BL-TPS es limitado, y he tenido dificultades para encontrar un buen artista para el trabajo (más sobre eso más adelante). No me importaría volver a trabajar en TPS, pero creo que una cosa que me detuvo fue no tener ayuda con las texturas de los personajes. La única forma en que uno podría hacer un mod desnudo para BL-TPS sería con la ayuda de otro jugador, para extraer todas las texturas necesarias. Admitiré que me resulta un poco más difícil seguir motivado con BL-TPS, simplemente porque casi ninguno de mis amigos lo juega . Me gusta, no sé por qué no. Pero lo hace un poco más difícil de modificar con seguridad.

 

Ahora eh, el tema del arte. De hecho, he estado manteniendo mods Borderlands en la parte posterior de mi cabeza por algún tiempo. So basically I really like the idea of this mod and basically idea of a nude mod for TPS. This is the only one I could find and I really enjoy it so I decided I'll continue the work on this mod. Sure, it's an old game and I don't know shit about modding but I'll give it a try because... why not?
