if you get the no talking bug load your last quick save, that seems to fix it.

Huh. I use to use this mod, but then it started with that CTDing nonsense after I got Dawnguard. Turns out the shack is placed on top of a quest location for the Dawnguard that only shows up during quests for aformentioned Dawnguard faction.

Hi everyone

Sorry about never posting any updates; work and school has kept me very busy for the past year.

 

I'm here to assure you that yes, Part 2 is still being worked on; it will feature  more exclusive art and, thanks to the classes I've been taking, custom 3D models to enhance your sexy experience! This is in addition to the other things I've promised.

 

i've run into a few problems while working on it, mostly because every new patch released by Bethesda seems to break one thing or another. I want Part 2 to have maximum compatibility for everyone who plays it, but we'll see how that turns out.

 

I really appreciate your patience, and I certainly think it'll be worth it!

click on the small downward pointed arrow at the top right of the page.

for some stupid reason google tries to show a preview of the file's contents when the page loads, but the file is far too big for a preview to be generated so you just end up with a black page with nothing on it.

Not that I know of, and the mod author has been gone for so long that I doubt they could help with that. But you could always download the mod itself right away as all the images are included there as texture files for the gallery pictures; all you need is a program that can open DDS files (for example Paint.Net or GIMP with the DDS plugin) and you should be able to check out all of them just fine and maybe re-save them as more common formats lke PNG if you want.

no they can't, the author took the mod down, and what's even more annoying is he won't let me become it's caretaker (i even made a "Unofficial V3" that is fully working with all DLCs).

Now that you mention it, I do remember that unofficial version you made; but since i didn't see your post or the link elsewhere, I kinda glossed over it.

 

Also didn't remember the original mod was gone in the first place and thus downloading it is a no-go. It's been so long since I last heard of this that I had even forgotten it even existed.

 

Does that mean the author took it down intentionally and also asked you to take down your own version of it? If so, why? Anything related to permission for the images, or something like that? Or is it simply because he is gone and thus can't grant you permission for it?

he told me directly that he does not want me hosting it, and when i asked why i got a vague non answer that suggested there may have been a permission problem, i asked for clarification but got no reply, and all of my messages after that have gone unanswered.

 

(but seriously if there actually was a permission problem it would not be hard to fix, just replace the paintings with different ones)

With the endless amount of yiff out there, I agree it wouldn't be too hard to replace most or even all paintings with different ones provided proper permissions can be obtained for them; but from what little I remember (and what I've been able to piece together from the thread), not only did that Tojo take part in the mod's development and "donate" most of the art, but there's even an NPC based on her (and could even be voiced by her but I don't remember). So if the permission problems do exist and come from that end, I see how the entire mod would be a no-go even with new paintings.

 

Then again, what was there in the mod apart from the smut itself? I remember the Tojo NPC, a quest to find books with some pics on them, and a "gallery" with the rest of the paintings (not sure if that one was "functional" story-wise or was simply a way to see all of them ingame). I mean, not that I'm okay with it, but is it really that much of a loss? IMO it would be worse to lose something more difficult to replicate, like a custom race mod or stuff like that.

no it was one of her friends, i remember that the voice was intentionally made to annoy tojo.

the gallery was semi quest linked, it was unlocked by buying all the paintings for the homes.

Well, as long as the images are still available in the internet somewhere (...which I don't know if they are), I wouldn't say it was really lost. Plus I think it didn't have any custom art made for the mod, it was all existing material, so that wouldn't apply.

 

In any case, not cool that the mod is no longer available, but what can we do? Outside of making more dragon smut of our own, that is, since I'm pretty sure you are now the main (and only) provider of dragon-related goodness for Skyrim . And if you ever want the option to have lewd paintings in the player homes, you could do what Bad Dog did for his YA pack and use one of the existing painting resources out there.

 

EDIT: incidentally (but a bit off-topic), talking about dragon smut. I can't check for sure, but are the new load screen meshes from the latest download in HCoS supposed to have a dragon licking the "camera" or something like that? Because otherwise I don't get what they would be supposed to mean by only looking at the nifs.

 

Oh, and I'll suggest what I think we've all been thinking: dragon sex load screen when. I vote two variants: Alduin doing a random dragon (preferably female, though that's just me) for pre MQ-completion and another with Oda or Paarthy (or both!) doing Alduin hard for after you beat the MQ (and thus his ass ).

as far as i understand Syrinoth, Winddragon, TzarVOLVER and Tojo made exclusive art for the mod.

billyy is trying to make some animations, so that could change soon.

yes (and they are at different distances from the root node to create different lighting effects in game, i could not decide on what i liked most)

yes i am working on load screens for HCOS, but a dragon 3 way is something i've been having problems with for some time now (the wings are hard to deal with)

Huh, I didn't know that. I do recall a handful of paintings with Argonians and Khajiits on them, but none of the others seemed custom made or tailored to the game style/creature design, so I assumed those were just "normal" random images.

Well, at least that's something. I'm pretty sure Billyy will only do "male dragon on female human" anims if any at all, so no lady dragons and no dragon-on-dragon action. Still, the more the merrier, and coming from Billy I'm sure they will be pretty good.

I'm about a year late to this thread but It seems the mod can no longer be downloaded. If anybody wants the mod just dm me and I can send the rar file. It works fine for me even with the DLC.

your not allowed to do that, the author does not want this mod to exist anymore. i even offered to maintain the mod but he turned me down.

 

it seriously fucking sucks because i already made a fully DLC compatible version as well and fixed up the gallery's upper floor a bit, i even packed the mod into a bsa file. ?

That's a shame! Regardless of how embarrassing the voice acting may be (assuming that's why he deleted it lol) I really liked the mod! The purchasable art for your home and the art gallery are really neat! I hope he changes his mind and allows the mod to be released again. For now I will not be deleting my copy any time soon!
