the Wanderer went visiting diamond city saw Piper in front door who argued with the mayor, nothing to see, she got out doing her business in the wastes.
two days later she go back to diamond city, and saw that something is different now, something that she couldn't figure at first sight.

Agreeing with the plan, the Wanderer waited three days for Piper printing in secret and deliver the news to the people. After that, some people started refusing drinking water, only buying from the outsided merchants and demanded investigation, the doctor got the sample of the water to analize if it the rumors were true, which were really true, and announced that he found an unknowed substance that made men being more autoritarian and Violent towards women and women more submissive and obedient to men, and only the Institute is the only one to blame and started to working on an antidote which didn't take long and started purifying the water.

The Mayor gave a speech in the stage to confirm that everyone was under the influence of the institute but not anymore, and he would never implemment such law to the city if he wasn't under the influence too, that he's going to revert it, and everything that happened like marriage has no permanent effect, that can be undone, and the women have the choice to keep the marriage or divorce and get their business back, they no longer have to obey the men, and abortion will be free if pregnancy is unwanted and happened during the period of time being influenced. Most women decided to keep the marriage and pregnancy since they felt fullfilled and happy even after the effect of the substance has wore off, they got to know better their husbands, and felt that they were made to each other after all, that made Diamond city more united than ever, trusting and Caring each others more, even between neighbours.
