It's all a bit style over function, really. The heavy laser turrets are no better than heavy machineguns, but they draw power all the same. The searchlights are unnecessary however you look at it ... except they make the place look that bit cooler. The semicircular awnings are there just so I had somewhere to mount the lighting for the girls on the top tier.

The whole thing started as a 2.0 version of the stage I set up for A Commander, Humbled. Then somewhere along the line I decide I neded a second, higher orbital gallery. Then I added some glass walls so the thing wasn't too flagrant an abuse of physics, and I was taking a screenie, when I thought "there really needs to be something in those windows".

I don't suppose anyone knows of any standing, face-the-wall, walllocks?

I still need to do the upper tiers on the other sides. That's going to have to wait: I ran out of copper with all these lights.

For the upper galleries, access is from the rear. I need so extra lights on those flags, I think. And on the girls in the window. Hmmm. More copper.
