What house mods do you use for your harems/army of followers?

I've been using the Silver Peak Lodge:  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59543/?

But I've used it in nearly 20+ playthroughs after restarting over and over again. I'm just ready for a change of scenery. Finding house mods with at least 40+ beds or even just a place with the space for beds (so that beds can be added with the positioner mod) is hard. I've probably spent a total 5 hours looking through house mods on the nexus.

So I figured I'd ask what people are using to "store" their massive amounts of followers. Do you keep followers in seperate places perhaps? That's something I'm also considering but I'd rather keep them all in one place. I like to "collect" existing NPCs in the game via EFF and use MHIYH to put them in one spot.

I've also used the Underground Bath house which has proven to be very crashy for me and it doesn't even have that many beds.

Have checked out numerous housing mods and find that most have some navmesh problem that interferes with the world. The few that I've found stable that meet your many beds requirement from my view would be:

.

.

Silverstead - A Buildable Dwemer Estate

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61483/?

.

Castle Valdmire - Multiple Adoption Friendly

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55215/?

.

.

Both have tons of bed, space to play around. Valdmire has dungeons and secret rooms and comes with a fast mount and provides a bit of storyline around vampires. Fits in well with bondage themes

.

Silverstead is a masterpiece of crafting. Requires hearthfire and let's you decide what to build out of it's premade selections. Wonderful design. Includes follower building, massive Inn with two floors of rooms and beds and inkeeper, bard, et., has stalls for market and includes the NPCs, guard barracks and guards as well as your own mansion on the top to play around in. You can even plant your own garden if you need a break.

Cool thanks. I'll check them out. I hope the NPCs are optional. I'm actually playing around with a dwemer themed technomancer concept

The Underground Bathhouse and Paradise Valley is a great place to keep one's followers/harem since it gives them things to do in a centralized area, removing any guess work from locating them again in a timely fashion. I would like to see something like it added to Fallout 4 where relocating allies is a massive headache sometimes.

The Bathing Beauties and Beefcake Suite is the more stable variant that likewise gives them something to be pre-occupied with in one general area.

Sjel Blad Castle is probably a better choice for an army followers than a harem but how well it works for housing an army should more than make up for its singularity of function.

My vampire character uses Castle Volkihar Redux, which is amazing for most of my needs, but it has a few issues that the mod author sadly doesn't want to be bothered to deal with, and I simply don't know well enough to fix (it's odd because he still provides support on the page, though I have reservations about how helpful his support is)

I've thought about trying to find another vampire castle, but that one simply seems to have the most to it and I've jury rigged a couple of the problems away and simply try to avoid the others. If ever someone could patch the issues or help me to do it Castle Volkihar Redux would be one of my favorite housing mods ever, if not one of my favorite mods ever.

I have a paladin character that uses Moonstone Castle although I'm thinking about switching her to the Snow Elf Palace when I start playing Skyrim again, as I think it looks more fitting for a paladin.

I also had a bandit character with a cool home but I don't remember it atm. I'll try to look around and link it if I find it again

I use Solstice Castle http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60095/?   without NPCs version so I can fill the rooms up with hot followers that compliment my harem.  Only bad thing about this house mod is that it's on top of a stupid Forsworn camp... WTF mod author???  Also, if you walk up to the house, the second tower building will be invisible, fast travelling or reloading the cell will fix this but the author won't bother to find a solution for this problem.
Also, did I mention the house is right on top of a Forsworn camp?

Well, besides all of that, the house mod has more advantages than disadvantages.  It's in the perfect spot for a house, The Reach, away from most of all of Skyrim and isn't in a perpetual snow storm which most house mods are.  It also has a lot of rooms for my followers and a good size trophy room, it even has a children's bedroom if I ever want to adopt them, and mostly it's not too big or also not too small.  It's more like medium-large which is the perfect size for someone like me who likes to horde and also keep lots of whores.

Most house mods are always too small or simply too big or they're located in a pathetic region like The Rift or next to Windhelm or next to Whiterun, which makes the game too easy and kind of immersion breaking.
