far as i know no preg mod has male preg for skyrim but also dont think the skeleton for male has a belly node anyway.

Soul gem oven 3... It's an Amazing Pregnancy and milk Mod. I use it . Just change the player sex on SL not the sex in game. For belly nodes use SAM with SAM HTD (http://www.ladymoiraine.com/index.php?/forums/topic/5947-hdt-butt-breast-belly-bounce-for-sam-v11/) at least samuel set in 1. I use Floppy SOS too. (English is not my first language so I'm sorry if I made some mistakes)

You could also add pregnancy belly to male body (100 weight) with body slide slider and then use weight scaling instead of node. Upside of this is that you could easily do the same for armors. Downside is that you must create a separate race or use cloak spell with dynamic update, otherwise everyone in the world who has > 30 or so weight will look pregnant. You can even make draugr pregnant with body slide, scary haha
