WCIF unleveled mods for Fallout NV? Like:

1. Unleveled Creature/Enemy Spawn, where we can encounter any enemies from level 1 to level 25 from the beginning to the end of the game. Including unleveled weapons and armor too.

2. Unleveled PC, where the PC never get a level up. Like stuck forever in level 1 or level 10 for example.

My character is level 35 now, I lost the fun when I was still in lower level. Thanks for anyone who can inform me......if such mods exist. I hope so.....

I found some.......

ALL NEW Level Cap Removal By Dandys

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39153

It add new console command to cap the level whatever you want. You can set it to 1. There are also another options like gaining perk every time level up, but it won't increase another stats beyond your level limit set, except gaining a perk......great idea!

console command: "setgs imaxcharacterlevel ##"

## = level cap, 1 to 99?

Slower Level Rates by Jacob Dieffenbach

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35178

It multiplied the xp requirement to level up. There are options from 1.5x to 3.0x. You can use FNVedit to change the value to 1500 (10x), if you like.

psychoelfs level stripping mod by psychoelf

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35088

Explanation from the author: So, the other day I was at Wal-Mart and I tried to buy a pair of shoes. The clerk looked at me and said "I'm sorry; you are not a high enough level to buy those shoes." Naturally this made me angry, so I drove straight to the meanest biker bar I knew in order to pick a fight with someone tough. But, it turned out, since I have not worked out in a while, the bikers in the bar were all the scrawny type, not a tough guy in sight.

The conclusion: It makes all high level items with cutthroat price available at Wal-Mart..........and scrawny bikers have high level items in their pocket. Simply speaking, it makes all weapon requirement set to level 1.

Still searching for the enemy spawn........

For the enemy spawn mods. This is not unleveled enemy spawn mods, but to increase the amount of the enemy:

IWS-Increased Wasteland Spawns by Russell Castle Meakim Jr and HarderMan

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38623

A very famous mod, I guess everyone already know this. This will increase the amount of spawns, from creatures (up to 3x), to guards-patrols-civilian (up to 32). And the crazy feral ghouls rampage!

FNV Respawn Timer by Azarel123

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35786

This is a respawn timer, duh! It means you can adjust how long before the eliminated enemies in some location to respawn again. From 12 hours to 50 years (I wonder who requested this? :D). There are option to add more spawn locations too.

These ones I haven't test it, just recently found:

Harder Than You by HarderMan

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/43253

From the author: This mod is for those of us that hit lvl 14, or lvl 10, or lvl 6 and found no challenge left in the game. So this mod adds new and varied abilities to almost every creature in the wastes. Changes such as increased damage resistance, damage threshold, and regeneration are often tied to weaknesses that were not present in the vanilla game. A radscorpion that just won't die may become a quick kill if the stinger is crippled, for instance.

(It sound exciting!)

Monster Mod by Dogtown1

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/41361

400MB......:dodgy: This! Well, this is a very famous mod, momod! I haven't download this, because I don't know if the monster supported by soBrutalRaper and soPregnancyV3. (So GECK.O is busy downloading Spawner mods because in purpose to increase the change to be raped by creatures? Yup, it's true.)

Monster Mod Wasteland Edition by DeathclawAlpha

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42136

Your welcome!

Well, I started a new young girl character. Using all mods above to keep her to stay in level 1 forever is very very exciting and intense!!! You did a lot of surveying and do some tactics to beat the a group of stronger enemies. You should try it and you will not regret it!

I recruited Rocket from soRocket (Yeah, he is well trained) but I set his confidence to zero and give him essential, so he won't join the battle and won't die. I just recruit him for fun and to accompany me.......and may be as a bait too. :P

I get inspiration from Willow and JT. Ah, that cute innocent voice of Willow. I wonder what kind of experience she will get in the Sexoutified Wasteland? :D

Add one more spawn mod:

DFB - Random Encounters by Darkfirebird

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42793

As the title said, random encounters, from Enclave, Raiders, to Super Mutant. It's fully configurable in the MCM menu, from the level of difficulty, type of enemy, enemy numbers, to minimum level.

I installed all the spawns mod above and set all the settings to maximum. The Mojave full of monsters and enemies now, very crazy. You just walk a little, you will encounter enemies again and again. It seems some mods above bring unleveled enemy spawns. I met a lot of enemies from the weak small ones to the big gruesome ones.
