Any mods similar to Sexout Breeder?

Yes i know there is stuff like loversbitch but sexout breeder had visible mutations which really added to the mod, Skyrim had an attempt but was never finished, It would be great if there was a lovers breeder mod, I can see it working with tamago club hiyoko generator, More specifically the broodmother addon.

 

But is there at least any mods that transform your character over time? be it a curse or some kind of activity, I have a few examples of standalone concepts from skyrim mods, SD+ had spriggan host infection, Then there Playersuccubusquest "i heard that wolfzq had made a succubus mod for oblvion but i have no idea if it's translated and his mods conflict with lovers" The last one i can think of was a mod called being a cow which utilized the MilkMod for skyrim.
