First Person Wandering Hands

Walk up close to an NPC in first person view and click the mouse while looking at their boobs, butts, etc, to play a specific hand animation (rub, squeeze, etc). Left click to use left hand, right click to use right hands. Click both buttons to use both hands. NPC can react by running away, scream, smile, get angry, or attack.
