[SEARCH] VOICE / AI CHANGING MOD

I remember there was a mod that changed to voice and maybe the basic AI of an NPC.  you could target them and select the voice you wanted them to use then they changed their behavior or dialogues to whatever was selected.  I thought it was Manipulator but nope.  Anyone know what that mod is?

Quick Menus certainly can, but it also includes tons of functions and not so easy to get used to (at least for me).
