How to make a younger male Nord?

Since ECE is the only thing that works in terms of character customization, I’ll go with that, however even with that I have a bit of a struggle with what I want in my PC.

 

What’s the struggle? I want a more slimmer/shorter body for my guy and not make him too masculine, I guess you could say almost like an anime character?

 

Anyone know how to achieve that?
