Sky Temple Bug

I have an issue where all npcs, including esbern and delphine, always remain in the stairway in the temple access. Also, esbern and delphine are not equipping their blade outfits...

Is there a way to fix this? I had it without mods, too, a long time ago, so i am pretty positive its not because of that. Recruits i bring to delphine, even if they remain on the stairway as well, equip their blade armors, though.

Did you try resetai or Save game script cleaner?
