I have an error where it says incorrect file structure for nexus mod manger any fixes? the mod is zaz 8 plus

It means the folder in the zip file are not arranged in a way that the automated process for mod installation understands.

If you want the manager to install it for you, there needs to be a certain order of folders, as it were.

Check to make sure that the Zaz8.0 file is the mod with the animations and not the "LINK" and password file to download them.
