Skyrim Special Edition: Beyond Bruma CTD

Good evening, my skyrim special edition has never crashed so far, but upon playing in Bruma from the Beyond Skyrim: Bruma mod, the game always crashes when i pass a certain part of the map, around half of it, but since i need to go through there to progress in the quests, i'm not sure what to do. Any tips?

Side note: when i quicksave or save, the game crashes. This is a fresh save file, but only in the sense where i used alternate start - bruma to start the save game. I also cleaned update.esm, dawnguard.esm (x2), heartfire.esm and dragonborn but nothing changed
