Off the top of my head Sexlab Solutions allows you to rest at an inn with no money by selling yourself to the innkeeper.

There is also Loansharks of Skyrim you can borrow money and pay it back with interest. Missing a payment however can get you sold into slavery. 

I believe that Radiant Prostitution allows you to work for the inn owners. You do the jobs and they get a cut of the money.
