You're going to have to elaborate on that. What do you mean by "SMP"? I hope you're not referring to "Survival Multi-Player", because lord knows that isn't happening.

i think OP is talking about SMP physics like HDT/SMP for Skyrim and no, no one is working on it.

Yeah, that one ^. Also, damn, that sucks... as it would probably work better for fallout 4 rather than using the other system, seeing as it doesn't rely on scripts to work.. if I've read the description for Skyrim correctly.
