Custom Outfits Bug?

So my game his this weird bug, whenever I make the sim wear custom clothes, their arms go inside of their bodies, and some of the clothes models don't work properly.

 

Also the penis models that I use for WickedWhims dont work properly, theyre buggy and move out of the body.

Not sure why this is happening.
