Multiple Accessories and makeup per location ?

Everything is in the title, is there such a mod that allow multiple accessories and makeup per location ?

Like Nraas master controler in sims 3

Unfortunately there is nothing as off right now to do this, however if you download sims 4 studio you can recategorise accessories, makeup etc and even duplicate cc and recategorise them whilst still keeping the orignal. For e.g if you have a pair of leggings that you want to move to bottoms, you can do so by using sims 4 studio, same can be done with accessories and makeup :)
