Total newbie... Where to start?

Hello everyone, I am a total newbie. I know how to use Nexus Mod Manager and install mods but I'm beyond clueless on which order to install or load them in and such. Is there a guide floating around for someone who wants to download and install mods in proper order without crashing the game?

or you could just download wrye bash, its used to install mods, but i use it only for fixing load orders
