Popular mods that use cloak scripts and alternative ways to use them...

For mods that use scripts which cloak players and NPCs / creatures, are there alternative mods or ways to configure each of them to only use cloaks during SL scenes? No need in my game for scanning from 0.5 - 2.0 cells away and apply cloaks to everything in vicinity. Just looking to minimize script load and find pointers from others here, thanks!

adding conditions to those spells

 

like health > x for enhanced blood or defeat

or is equipped bow for auto unequip ammo

 

to not load them when there's nothing to do
