Hi!

I come to you guys with a problem. My game was "stable" not too long ago but I decided to change body to try UNP instead of CBBE, so I reinstalled every mod that had anything CBBE related to swap them from CBBE to UNP, bodyslided and FNIS'd everything, made sure everything was good, started to play but I crash way too often, I can't even play more than 5 minutes now and I have no idea why.

Here's all you might need to help:

Load order:  https://modwat.ch/u/BrHooker

Mod list: https://pastebin.com/raw/GA7FccLf

Last Papyrus log: https://pastebin.com/raw/xg4aui5M

Last SKSE crash dump: https://pastebin.com/raw/rhxnSWa7

SKSE.ini: https://pastebin.com/raw/bcFqYAr8

So before, I could play the game at least 2-3 hours until the game threw a bitch fit and crashed because the memory allocation shat the bed, I'm fine with that, Skyrim takes like 20 seconds to go from launch to being in-game, I can deal with that. But now, it crashes way too fast (as illustrated by the uptime on the crash dump) and it's consistent.

When I'm crashing, what I'm doing is going back to Whiterun to finish a quest at the companions, so I go into Whiterun and start walking towards the Bannered Mare, then the game crashes to desktop.

I don't know if it's a conflict I'm not aware of, a mod that decided to corrupt itself or the save, a script collapsing on itself or maybe something else, so any help is greatly appreciated, because I can't read Papyrus logs for shit or the crash dumps either and I'm new to modding in Skyrim, so that doesn't help either, I have no idea how to troubleshoot mods properly and I don't want to fuck up by accident and make it worse, so I turn to the mod gurus for help.

Again, any help is appreciated and thanks for your time!

If you need any additional bits of info that I might've forgotten, just ask me and I'll try to reply as fast as I can.

Try adding crash fixes mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/?

It not only fixes some crash issues but it can give an error message that might give more information about what caused a crash too.

No error messages, all it gives me is this: https://pastebin.com/raw/6yb2syfd

DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1280 really do you even need that much ?? im pretty sure folks recommended against going above 1024.

I don't know, I just saw that 1280 was the max that could be allocated and I'm running on an old system with a texture mod, a grass mod, lighting mod and ultra shadows, so I just allocate the max that's possible, it made things better before I changed the body from CBBE to UNP, going from 30 minutes without crashing to 2+ hours ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
