Mod for Beauty Marks?

Is there a mod that alters the "scars" section of character creation into beauty marks?

yeah, and like a mole beside the eyes or on the eyelids.

I think you could make something like that to replace the scars slider. Most of what we see on people's character pics might be custom face textures though. It'll probably come out better if you put it on a face texture instead because you can add as many as you want, the way you want. Just apply the new texture to a custom race afterward I suppose.
