I played and it didn't seem too bad.

 

Just some thoughts.

 

 

For me I think the brother should grab his stuff and leave before the sister wakes up to make her feel scared love hate and make her choose to either let him leave or choose him and race out to find him. Maybe have her go see shit stain (it's what I call David) and maybe have him start acting like a dick that she is paying more attention to her brother instead of him and have him say that he is glad he left which will make her dump his ass.
