Transparent armor

Hi. Could anyone give me a logical explanation of the reason why some armor and clothing become transparent by merging them into merged files? But they work perfectly without merging.  

 

I think it is a matter of random stuff, so far I have not found any solution for that. Any advice?

It's happens because of armor slots.
When you merge armors, you must change armor slots in .nif file.

 

If slots in .nif and slots in CreationKit do not match each other - the armor will be invisible.
And you must do it for all armor parts.
