CTD on entering Jorrvaskr living quarters

I currently Run an i7 7700k, an GTX 1070, 16GB of DDR4 RAM and recently I've been trying to start the Companions quest line. However, when i go to enter Jorrvaskr Living quarters I simply CTD. Entering the mead hall itself is perfectly fine however the Living quarters will not load.

You need to run LOOT load is out of order.   

 

sorry was looking at your mod list and not your load order.

Have you run FNIS?

I always Run FNIS after installing any animations. I think it could be an issue with a patch mod but i honestly don't know as someone else has twice as many mods as me but hasn't got this issue and they dont use the legendary edition patch.

Are you using mod organizer?

it looks like you have ragdolls below xpmse... it may be overriding the skeleton  make sure you have the xp32 skeleton lower on the left panel (if using mo)

Check what version of FloppySOS are you running. 

One of the earlier versions had this exact side effect.

Are you using mod organizer?

I can't remember, But i will update to 2.3 to test it.

Updating FlopySOS has solved the issue however some female NPCs' are now missing some textures making them floating heads arms and hands, I assume this is a load order issue as not all female NPCs' have this problem

This doesn't look like a FloppySOS problem. Some of the clothing replacers is broken. 

If you are using MO make sure that the clothing replacers are sorted the same way both on the left and the right panels. Or if you are using NMM make sure the plugins are sorted the same way as the install/activation order. Or simply re-activate all replacers. You can try to check what are the outfits that are broken and reinstal that mod.

Issue is I haven't got any clothing replacers for female NPC's and Mod Organiser often matches the mod list with the load order so i'm not sure what to do
