Looking for anti-bullet/arrow mod, like Superman

I spent the last year looking for a mod that makes the player anti-bullet/arrow/ranged attck, like Superman.

I noticed that the Atronachs frost have this ability, the arrows bounce on them, but i don't found any mod which make this possible for the player.

I also tried to browse the files with TES5edit and CK to try to make it by myself, but I found nothing.

Something like deflect arrow perk however always active, anyone can help me?

000131F6 Frost Atronach Race - look at 'NAM4 - material Type' and you get this:

00012F47 Material Ice - doesn't have the 'Arrows stick' flag

 

But do they really ignore the damage?

Thanks for the help but...

I tried but it does not work, the only thing that changes is the sound it makes when the player is hit, the arrow still stuck in the body.
