wholegrain Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 I wanted to use it to level up fast, but some stupid mod seems to remove it. Would it be the USKP? I heard it makes a lot of dumb changes that aren't related to any 'real' bug. I went to see Togvir Whsatwhatever and did the quest infiltration and couldn't get it.
