Looking for a special kind of house mods

I am looking for good house mods of the same concept as Pale Marsh Manor

A new location made as a separate navmeshed world space/exterior cell with a medium to large navmeshed house or estate or castle, preferably with a separate interior cell(s).

P.S.: Raven castle mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59231/?) is really good but the castle itself it too huge for me.
