What mods except so-called adult content (ww, sex animations and so on) do use? As for me I don't use any but would like add some.

I use the new adult mod from here. Don't need to be named lol.

Also many of the clothing and shoes from Kendo2. He has some pretty good high poly quality outfits. A bit on the slutty, sexy side but it really is nice because what is provided by the game isn't good on that area.

Might as well get that to start before you get anything else.

 

If you aren't familar with modding Sims4 (I assume that i what you are talking about) is dead simple. Just extract the files as instructed and drop them into the Sims/Mods folder in your documents (where game saves are usually located.)

 

Even without adult content or along those limes is the no mosaic mod and better bodies.

 

Finally look around for some scripting mods that might resolve some of the game mechanics you might not like.
