start out mods for sim 4

Deciding to mod up sims 4. I got the mod installer, nude female skin. Frameworksetup.zip file for the framework. I am guessing whicked whims is needed for the sex. I there any other necessary mods I need for the adult mods? Anyone have any adult mods to recommend as well?
